The primary Human Services Agency for northern El Paso County, TLC is a largely self-managed site, with volunteers doing 90+% of the site changes

A customized home page with wiggle room to highlight various events and services, the TLC design was done by volunteers and for the potential clients and volunteers in the region

Features include a photo/video album, and an Events Calendar to promote upcoming events.
